Remarks

In the master bedroom there is a queen-size bed with a sitting area. The family room couch also opens to a queen-size bed. The Den is a multi purpose room. It is great for the kids to use as a TV room/bedroom. They can watch their shows or hook up their play station to the TV. Then at bed time the couch folds out to a queen-size bed. This room gives the kids privacy and freedom. Of course the den can also be used by adults for sleeping as well.

There are three color TV’s with cable in the Master Bedroom, the Den, and the Family Room. The Family room TV has a VCR player built in. The Den has a DVD player. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There is plenty of closet and drawer space for up to six people. There is a washer/dryer, central air, and two ceiling fans. You have your own private balcony with a small table, 2 chairs, and a rocking chair to enjoy the view. All linens and towels are supplied.

Restrictions

A Seven-Night Minimum Stay is required from Mid-Jun through Labor Day.
$375 Security Deposit is required; Memorial Day W/E at Prime season rate
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday: Check In 4 PM, Check Out 11 AM.
All rentals require a signed lease; Please Call for Reservations.
No Smoking, No Pets
