Great things to do and see while you're in the Wildwoods!

Amusements

Morey's Piers offer a huge array of rides for kids of all ages, from wild roller coasters to bumper cars to fun houses. These are the rides that made the Wildwood boardwalk great for kids. There's a wooden roller coaster, a huge Ferris wheel. If you've never seen the amusements piers on the Wildwood board walk, you will be amazed!

Wildwood has great safe and clean water parks. Great thrills and a super safe way to cool off on those hot summer days. There are 'morning only' tickets that are a bargain, but get there early.

Water Sports

Boogie Board:

Buy a boogie Board on the boardwalk, or any of the local shops and ride the waves on the beach. The best free fun anywhere.

Kayaking:

Hereford's inlet is one of the best ocean kayaking spots on the Middle Atlantic Coast. You can
· Tour out front, with the Dolphins
· Take a tranquil paddle with the herons in the back country
· 'Rip it up' surfing the waves in the inlet.
Kayaks can be rented at several kayak shops, the best is Schuylkill Outfitters, They have a great range of kayaks, and a great place to launch, right in the inlet with access to all the kinds of paddling.

Surfing:

Go to Surfer Beach and check out the wave sets. Fun if you surf, and fun to watch if you don't.

Fishing:

· You can fish from the jetty's in Anglesea., fish from the Docks in the bay
· Rent a boat and motor around
· Book a 4, 6 or 8 hour trip on one of the many party boats.
· Fish from the beach in the fall

Stop in at any of the bait shops or take a drive along the water starting at the bay, and you'll find the good spots.

Boating & Jet Ski's

· Rent a boat or a jet ski and tour around the ocean or the bay.
